The development of IoT has accelerated thanks to two technologies. One of them, Cloud (Cloud Technology), paved the way for IoT in terms of storing any data produced by the devices for later analysis. Another technology is Artificial Intelligence, which provides IoT as one of the most invested areas in the last 10 years, and Machine Learning with its subfield. Thanks to Artificial Intelligence, IoT statistically analyzed enormous amounts of data produced by devices that have not only been the communication and data exchange system of objects, but also billions of numbers and achieved certain results. The systems were then optimized again according to this information. Thus, IoT has succeeded to be one of the leading technologies in the information world.
Concepts such as “artificial intelligence”, “machine learning”, “Industry 4.0” brought to mind the notion that concepts such as data exchange, analysis and decision making, which are only valid for computers today, may also apply to other objects. For this reason, the concept of “IoT”, namely “Internet of Things”, was introduced. The aim was to transfer as many of the actions that people perform manually and controlled as possible to software and electronics so that people can spend more time on different jobs, and the efficiency of existing systems can be systematically examined or controlled. This technology, in order to utilize the capacities of the industrial revolutions that preceded it in the most efficient way possible; control mechanisms have an important place in terms of electronic senses and reasoning ability.
Today, people automate as much of their work as possible to give them more time. Thus, it can save more time and spend more time on other jobs, and it can do its existing jobs with greater efficiency. The IoT concept, which brings automated, efficiency-measurable and smart systems, provides people with speed and efficiency. In addition to all its benefits, the Internet of Things will cause some problems. The fact that we record our social life on the internet thanks to the interconnected devices will increase the amount of data that will emerge, and this big data will be difficult and complex to be processed and processed. In addition, the confidentiality and security of these emerging data will be an important issue. In the coming years, we will enter a period in which interaction and the internet will enter almost every object and different objects will act for common purposes.
